How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete Account (or Settings → Delete Account). This permanently removes your account and personal data.
How do I report a review or an event?
Tap the ··· menu on any review or event and choose Report. You can also block a user from the same menu so you no longer see their content.
How do I claim my business?
Open your business's listing in the app and tap Claim this business. Once verified you can keep your details up to date and post events.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
